The Role ProfileThe VP Human Resources, Supply Chain role will provide leadership and oversight for the full scope of human resources, organizational development and effectiveness efforts that support the delivery of the business priorities across Campbell s Supply Chain. This role will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), will sit on the HR Leadership Team, and will manage a team of HR Business Partners. This role will enable business performance by delivering against the following responsibilities in support of Campbell Supply Chain: Build and execute relevant HR business strategies that enable performance in support of key strategic supply chain priorities.Develop and activate employee experience initiatives, taking into consideration the unique requirements of Supply Chain both field and HQ - while promoting employee engagement and performance that aligns to the Campbell mission, vision, and values.In conjunction with the I&D COE, develop and activate an I&D SC strategy; playing a key role in how we execute the plans to build capabilities, foster advocacy, and drive accountability. Champion the enterprise Inclusion & Diversity strategy across Supply Chain.Leveraging corporate programs, design and execute relevant talent and performance management strategies that identify critical roles and ensure that we have talent acquisition, development, and succession plans in place to support the dynamic workforce and SC labor needs. This includes leveraging Cielo and other relevant external partnerships to support optimal field workforce availability.Deliver F 22 Campbell Next commitments; for F 23 and beyond, lead organizational planning and design efforts to ensure optimal structure and workforce planning across all Supply chain functions.Provide leadership oversight and direction for any change management efforts that directly support Supply Chain business initiatives.Actively participate, as a member of the HR Leadership Team, in the development of a long-term HR strategy for the enterprise.Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain Human Resource business partners, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and skills to effectively deliver in their roles.
