Responsibilities:
The Role: The Administrator...
oversees the administration and management of the Facility in
accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local
standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern child individual
and community home facilities.
is delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability
necessary to act as chief executive officer for the facility.
implements and assures adherence to all facility policies and apply
them uniformly to all employees and individuals.
collaborates with Director of Nursing, Medical Director and PPPM
Leadership to ensures the highest degree of safety, protection and
quality care is always provided to our individuals.
is the Compliance Officer for the facility and working in
conjunction with compliance resources is responsible for the
development, implementation, oversight, and management of all
aspects of the company's compliance program in in his/her
facility.
shall have regular and direct access to the facility governing body
as needed to report, inquire, recommend, or comment on any issues
pertinent to his/her compliance responsibilitie
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
College graduate with bachelor's degree from an accredited college
or university in business or healthcare field required.
Master's or other advanced degree from an accredited college or
university in Health Care Management or healthcare field
preferred.
Minimum of 3 years progressive management experience required in
administration or human services for individual with master's or
other advanced degree.
Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience required in
administration or human services for individual with bachelor's
degree. -
Pediatric experience preferred.
Computer knowledge required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
