Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Job Description:

• Administers a request for quotation process for all new parts and vendor selection
• Maintain and update the vendor portal which includes vendor company information, product capabilities, licenses, contracts and insurance documents
• Prepares and distributes pricing and terms after approval
• Negotiation of price and other costs for new parts proposed by vendors
• Updates and administers an aware tracking tool
• Regularly update the project management system with detailed information pertaining to ongoing issues and initiatives
• Administers and oversees the new vendor vetting and onboarding processes and requirements
• Oversees the onboarding and internal systems for new accessory and service part vendors
• Maintains responsibility for all updates to the supplier manual and dissemination of information to the vendors on all revisions
• Attend regular meetings as needed with established or potential accessory suppliers Job Requirements:Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Keen negotiation skills
  • Ability to achieve objectives with intuitive thinking
  • Ability to develop and give presentations to large groups
  • Ability to manage projects independently that have competing priorities, deadlines, and resource requirements
  • Very organized and detail oriented
  • Industry and competitor accessory product knowledge
  • Basic mechanical awareness
