What We're Seeking

We seek fully licensed or preliminary licensed candidates (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Clinical Psychologist) to join our team! The currently available position is full-time. Full-time Therapists receive benefits. Twenty-three sessions per week are required to maintain full-time status. Compensation is competitive.

COVID-19 Considerations:

We are currently operating in a hybrid in-person and telehealth environment. Clinicians and clients engaging in in-person sessions must have proof of full vaccination status. Vaccinated clinicians have access to the office to conduct in-person and telehealth sessions.--

Responsibilities:
Clinicians are expected to build and maintain their schedules. Clinicians can choose a 4 or 5-day work schedule. Options include seeing clients Monday - Thursday (4 late afternoon/ evenings required) or
Monday - Friday (3 late afternoon/evenings required). Last evening appointments are taken at 7 pm.

Qualifications:

Our Requirements Include:
--- Ph.D. or Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or Counseling
--- Must have clinical licensure to practice in the state of New Jersey
--- Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and groups
--- Must have experience in sex therapy or a strong desire to learn; must demonstrate comfort in discussing sex and sex-related topics
--- Must demonstrate compassion and empathy and maintain healthy boundaries with clients
--- Certification or Specialization in a specific niche such as IFS, EMDR, EFT, Men's Health, LGBTQ, Discernment, Intersectionality, or other is a plus
--- Computer literate, able to use online records management system
--- Comfort meeting clients over the phone, in-person, or through video
--- Timely maintenance of all client records
--- Strong writing skills
--- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
--- Liability insurance
