Job Description:
Position Summary: Responsible for the assessment of learning
needs and the planning, implementation and evaluation of
educational activities within the PCS department. Collaborates with
PCS leadership to maintain and improve the quality of nursing
practice and patient care through continuing education and staff
development.ExperienceRequired: At least five years of professional
nursing experience, which includes progressive clinical
experience.Preferred: Formal education experienceEducationRequired:
Bachelors' degree in nursingPreferred: Masters' degree in
nursingLicense and CredentialsRequired: NJ State Nursing License,
BLS Healthcare Provider CertificationPreferred: N/ASkills:Required:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and
verbal); computer skills (including word processing, e-mail and
power point); demonstrated proficiency in practice, leadership and
teaching skills.Bi-Weekly Hours: 80Work Schedule: M - F
