REP - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Job Description:

Overview
Under the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting in ensuring that all vendor bills are processed in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities


  • Assists in preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries for accruals, expense and voided checks.
  • Reports cash disbursements on a daily basis.
  • Assembles and reviews vendor invoices, purchase orders, receiving documents and other information for payment.
  • Inputs accounts payable -into the computer system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent, with one (1) to three (3) years of experience with computerized accounts payable/general disbursements or a combination of education and/or experience preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors and team members is required.
    • Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
    • Computer systems and 10-key adding machine experience preferred.
