Short Description

Provides support to internal and external customers by efficiently performing a wide variety of tasks utilizing digital and PACS/RIS technology with the ultimate goal of accurate and efficient utilization of electronic/manual image and data storage, reporting and distribution methodologies.--
Is able to multitask, which includes: answering phones, greet and interact with staff for -------- ------------obtaining studies in the radiology information system. --
Interacts with other departments and co-workers to coordinate activities, gather patient -------- ------------information.--
Performs call-backs in a timely manner. --
Monitors work flow with the objective of expediting the patient importing and exporting of their images through our cloud-based imaging program.Experience RequiredExperience in Health Care Clinical environment preferred but not required.--Experience using Hospital information Systems clinical programs desirable.--Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required--Demonstrate proficiency in the use of personal computer operating systemsEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required.Special RequirementsScheduled Days / Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30p
