Control requirements.Maintains Licensure, participates in C.E.U?s.
Performs Ultrasound procedures(Portables, E.R., General, and
Vascular).Maintenance of equipment/supplies, maintains paperwork
associated with job function. Maintains work area.Participates in
clinical activities (i.e. assists with patient flow/care, performs
various testing, assists provider etc.)Participates in clerical
activities (i.e. registration, scheduling, filing, telephones,
pullExperience RequiredPortables, General, Vascular, 1 year
experience preferredEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or
Equivalent, certification from an accredited Sonography program
preferredLicense/Certification RequirementsARDMS Certification
(American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers)--Expected to
acquire RVT certification within timeframe established by
supervisor.--*Either are required within 12 months of hire date:
(Departmental extensions on a case by case basis based on job
performance)--BLS through AHASpecial RequirementsScheduled Days /
Hours: Variable; License (or Certification):ARDMS Preferred;
License (or Certification):BLS Required; License (or
Certification):RVT Preferred
