Director, Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness, the
Talent & OE Specialist will be responsible to partner and support
the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement
of HR/talent programs aimed at attracting, rewarding, and retaining
top talent. This role helps to collect and analyze data from
engagement and other employee experience channels to enhance and
improve overall employee engagement and organizational
effectiveness. The incumbent will work across various stakeholders
in HR and in the business to implement our engagement goals and
strategies.The successful candidate will demonstrate collaboration,
creativity, analytical and critical thinking. A focus on detail,
timeliness and agility is needed in this position. A passion and

distinguishes this role for success.Primary Duties:Responsible to
support and partner in the planning, developing, continuous
improvement and implementation strategies related to employee
engagement, organizational effectiveness programs, assessments, and
processes across the enterprise.Develops and implements employee
communication strategies to support ongoing initiatives, programs,
and processes; partners with HR in supporting change management and
communications plansDesigns, and facilitates training and education
sessions related to OE initiatives / processesAssists with
developing resources that assist employees, management, and
leadership with talent and OE initiatives involving employee
engagement, culture, performance management, goal setting,
succession planning, and career development. Serves as project
manager and works with vendors to optimize and deploy
organizational effectiveness systems and surveys (engagement,
pulse, exit and stay)Partners with HR Business Partners, HR
Technology, and others on organizational mapping to ensure an
accurate hierarchy and all project management aspects of engagement
survey administration and results delivery. Assists with research
to ensure the integration of best and inclusive practices into the
development of talent and OE programs, processes, assessments, and
methods. Analyzes the effectiveness of programs and sustains the
momentum of organizational effectiveness, engagement, and culture
initiatives. Acts as liaison and partners with the data analytics
team on data collection and reportingConducts needs assessments and
audits as requiredAssist with other talent and development programs
and technology initiativesExperience and Education:Bachelor's
degree in organizational psychology, HR or other related fieldFive
(5) years of progressively responsible human resources,
organizational development or talent management experience Ability
to influence at all levels. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilitiesStrong organizational and project management skills.
Change management and facilitation experience Proficient in
Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated ability to handle
sensitive and confidential informationCompensation and Benefits:The
target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is
between$72,900-$117,300Individual base pay depends on work location
and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and
relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms
of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental,
401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of
