Criteria
- FULL TIME $10,000 Sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment.
Bonus paid as follows:
- $4000 upon completion of first 90 days
- $3000 after completion of 1 year
- $3000 after 2 years of employment -
- FULL TIME $5,000 Sign-on bonus for a one-year commitment. Bonus
paid as follows:
- $2000 upon completion of first 90 days
- $1500 after completion of 6 months
- $1500 after 1 year of employmentInternal transfers from part
time to full time will NOT be eligible. PRN to full time will be
eligible -Skill set must be maintained to handle
supplies/instrumentation associated with interventional procedures.
Must be able to assist physicians in the capacity of both a scrub
and circulating technologist.Maintains work area: Reports
maintenance issues for equipment, monitors supplies and
deficiencies. Adheres to all Infection Prevention policies,
utilizing the appropriate PPE needed.Maintains licensure and BLS.
Stays current and participates departmental training offered.
Demonstrates courteous behavior, positive attitude, etc. through
polite communication with all co- workers/customers.Understands and
appreciates the need to provide good customer service, both
internal and external.Participates in clinical activities (i.e.
assists with patient flow/care, helps to optimize throughput of
patients via Radiology Transport).Remains compliant of timekeeping
rules: Avoids early, late and unauthorized entries. A Adheres to
Departmental procedures, fulfills compliance with life safety, fire
and hazardous waste, Radiation Safety, and Infection Prevention
requirements.Attends staff meetings and reviews daily huddles to
keep current on department communications.Experience Required1-2
year of Interventional Radiology or Cardiovascular Interventional
TechnologyEducation RequirementsAssociates Degree
preferred.Graduate of AMA approved program for Diagnostic Radiology
License/Certification RequirementsCurrent BLS.Current ARRT -
American Registry Radiology Tech License.Current NJ-RADTECH - NJ
Radiology Tech LicenseSpecial RequirementsAmerican Registry of
Radiologic Technologists
