provided. Job Summary: Marketing Coordinator NK Architects is
seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to
join our Morristown, NJ office. This role is ideal for a strong
narrative thinker who approaches marketing as a thoughtful
communication practiceconnecting people to ideas, projects, and the
values behind our work. Working under the direction of senior staff
and Marketing and Business Development leaders, the Marketing
Coordinator will write, design, and produce proposals and marketing
materials that help position the firm for success. This role plays
a key part in shaping how NK presents itself, leading the
coordination and production of RFP and RFQ responses while
contributing to broader marketing and communications efforts across
the firm. Youll work closely with a collaborative marketing team
and firm leadership in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

visibility of the firm. Duties/Responsibilities: Marketing Support
Coordinate and produce time-sensitive marketing submissions,
including proposals, brochures, and qualification packages, in
collaboration with principals, senior staff, and the marketing
team. Ensure all marketing materials align with firm branding
standards. Assist with social media content and activities. Support
administrative marketing functions, including trade show
coordination and marketing correspondence. Research and track
published Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for
Qualifications (RFQs) using online databases. Maintain and update
marketing resources such as resumes, project sheets, proposal
templates, and firm information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Administrative Support Prepare and edit professional
correspondence, reports, and other documents. Assist with the
preparation of professional service contracts for client execution.
Coordinate and schedule meetings related to Marketing initiatives.
Required Skills/Abilities Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
frequent deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, including grammar, spelling, and proofreading. Analytical
mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated,
reliable, and highly trustworthy. Proven ability to collaborate
effectively within diverse project teams. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced proficiency in
Adobe InDesign; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
preferred. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, MS Teams and Miro
is a plus. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing,
Communications, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Business, or a
related field. Relevant experience within the AEC industry may be
considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 4 years of professional
marketing experience within a design, AEC, or professional services
firm preferred.
