In addition to all other contracted pay, $0.05 will be paid on all
loaded dispatched miles. The Performance Bonus is paid on the last
pay period of the following month. To qualify, drivers must be
actively employed or leased at the time of payout and meet all
bonus criteria. Any separation will result in the non-payment of
all bonus dollars.
