Supply Chain College Majors- 25 hours -Part time hours - BEGINS as REMOTEThis is the perfect opportunity for a College Senior majoring in Supply Chain Management. It is part time 25 hours a week and is an integration Trades Deduction Analyst role for a large snacks company. Candidate must be in their senior year with graduation in 2021. Must be interested in Deductions / Reconciliation within the Account Management ordering processes AND be Tech Savvy to understand the systems integration and the validation of the order processing.This begins as a temporary project (8 months) and will eventually be on site in Camden, NJ. Candidate must work between the hours of 8:00AM 5:00 AM 25 hours a week Monday thru Friday. This WILL be a remote Role but could eventually, move on site in Camden.This position will be responsible for the monitoring and daily settlement of all local North America Food Service trade programming, for the recently integrated Foodservice business. In addition, this role will initiate and manage all customer repayments and claim/deduction disputes.Principal AccountabilitiesResponsible for daily Foodservice trade deduction management and settlement to meet business-unit key performance indicatorsResponsible for entering all local contracts into trade system (Exceedra).Review and reconcile all local field customer claims and deductions in trade system (Exceedra)Utilize customer portals in order to open payment disputes on behalf of the businessResponsible for the claim and contract management of sample products in trade system (Exceedra)Job SpecificationsBachelor''s Degree (either has or will be receiving degree in 2021, 0-3 years of related experiencePrevious data entry and trade or settlement system experience preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Strong Communication Skills: Ability to draw a compelling story from data and to explain cause and effect and implications to a non-technical audienceCustomer Service mindsetProblem SolvingAnalytical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointby Jobble
