We are seeking a Facilities Manager for our team located near Camden, Arkansas. - The Facilities Manager -is on call 24x7 and is responsible for coordinating, organizing and managing the work of employees in the maintenance and upkeep of the Company's facilities, structures, grounds, equipment, and machinery, including maintaining -and coordinating our Total Preventative -Maintenance Program (TPM). These positions initiate, implement and -manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices with an emphasis on planning, scheduling and preventive maintenance; develop policies and procedures relating to maintenance and construction planning and operations; ensure employee safety; prepare and administer the -department's budget; estimate staffing, equipment, and material needed based upon recent trends and planned activities; approve purchase requisitions; and monitor expenditures involving ongoing projects and reports. Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each) 60% - Manager: Manager duties to include on-call supervision coordination of on-call duty personnel, coordination of work orders and projects with preventative maintenance tasks, screening and hiring of perspective maintenance personnel. 20% - Preventative Maintenance: To keep PMs up to date and complete, coordinate preventative maintenance schedule with production schedule, acquisition of all required permits for preventative maintenance tasks, design and implementation of new preventative maintenance tasks, reorganize existing preventative maintenance tasks, ordering parts for preventative maintenance tasks, and coordination of major yearly inspection tasks. 15% - Supply: Maintain material needed for PMs and other jobs. Support material acquisitions personnel and ordering parts for shop. Using vendors contractors and machine shops as needed. 5% - Entering general paperwork and information. Working with other departments such as engineering to update and maintain sketches drawing and other paperwork associated with maintenance of the plant. Requirements Requires a Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline plus at least seven (7) years directly related experience, but candidates who have not completed a related Bachelor's degree must have an equivalent combination of education and experience, such as a high school diploma (or equivalence) plus at least fifteen (15) years directly related experience. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing Preventative Maintenance (PM) systems strongly desired
• Experience with CMMS systems, PM Creations, tracking and be able to create required reports. -
• Advanced MS Excel skills Requirements:
  • Self-starter, highly self-motivated and have strong leadership skills. Be able to communicate effectively and interpret / execute policies.
  • Ability to coordinate schedule and adjust PMs in accordance with production scheduler
  • Ability to lead preventive maintenance crew and be accountable for timely completion PMs.
  • Must be able to plan workloads, guide craft personnel with multiple disciplines, provide clear directions to subordinates. Requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency or other status as a U.S. Person. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement. Work Environment and Physical Requirements: The work environment may require a combination of indoor and outdoor activity (hot, cold, wet, humid conditions) with a varied amount of walking, standing, sitting, climbing (i.e. ladders, stair, scaffolding, ramps), balance (maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces), bending, reaching, handling/fingering (seizing, holding, grasping, turning picking, pinching), stooping, kneeling, crouching and ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, employees may work around variable noise levels. May require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat. May also be required to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer. Ability to distinguish colors may also be necessary. Some employees may be required to drive between various locations within the Company facility or between locations. May require the ability to travel by air or auto. These positions may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.
