Job Title: Quality Assurance/Support Analyst -Who We Are: USCS is

1 Quality Assurance/Support Analyst evaluates and tests new and
modified business software for United States Cold Storage, Inc.
(USCS). -The QA/Support Analyst will verify the software
application functions according to user and customer requirements.
-The focus will be testing our proprietary WMS to validate system
functionality as it relates to Receiving, Inventory Control and
Shipping functions for our Automation facilities. - -This position
also includes 2nd Level Support for Automation sites. - - This
position collaborates with project stakeholders, operations and
developers as part of the development life cycle to produce quality
products and services. The QA/Support Analyst will verify,
reproduce, communicate, and track defects using Jira/Zendesk. They
will participate in all phases of testing, including planning,
development and the revision of test plans and scope.
-Additionally, the QAA will participate in software release testing
for patches and upgrades. Duties and Responsibilities include the
following: Write, maintain and execute test cases to validate
system functionality for our WMS and Vendor Automation systems
Analyze and Validate JSON messaging between WMS and Vendor
Automation systems Proper utilization of USCS's best practice SDLC
applications for testing, defect tracking, support (TestRails,
Jira, Zendesk, Teams)Review and Analyze business requirements to
produce accurate test cases Perform regression testing and software
release testing Work with developers to demonstrate issues and
provide detailed steps to reproduce in test environmentUnderstand
the impact of an issue on the overall application and ability to
prioritize issues Provide assistance with writing and updating
release memos, documenting and communicating the changes to all
users prior to a code deployment to production Provide support to
user community when calls are routed to Automation Support (Level 2
support)Testing or Support may require some after hours during
"hypercare" (after a major code release or go live)Able to travel
as required (up to 15% - travel is not expected but might be
requested) This position reports into Camden HQ (Remote or Work

Bachelors Degree in IT or similar field (strong operations
business/technical experience will be considered)ExperienceWriting
and Executing test cases and defect trackingWorking with a
development team, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
process Experience with Warehouse Management, Inventory Control or
Manufacturing Systems Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Experience with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Power

plusWorking knowledge of Automation Storage and Retrieval Systems,
Automation Equipment (i.e. AGV, LayerPick Gantry, etc.) a
