Apply today!General SummaryThe Commercial Technology Solutions (CTS) IT Business Analyst will provide support for Sales and Marketing technology projects. This resource will work with the business partners to identify requirements for the work effort, partner with internal IT resources to design a solution for the business need and manage the development of the tasks to completion. This resource will support the project manager for small to medium sized work efforts. Tasks include: create a project plan with the project tasks, resources, and timeline; manage plan and all relevant documentation throughout the project; assess and document business requirements; work with the development team to create a design approach for the work needed; create test scripts, conduct system testing, and manage User Acceptance Testing with the business partner; create and execute all go live tasks (draft communications, project roll out schedule, lessons learned, etc.).Primary Responsibilities:Partner with key stakeholders to collect and document requirements for technology related projects. Assess requirements and work with IT partners to design solutions for the business needs.Provide project management support as needed for CTS projectsCollaborate with different areas of Sales/Marketing, and the various functions in ITCommunicate effectively with business partners and IT partnersProvide IT support as needed per requests from business partnersCreate technical documentation including requirements, solution design, process flow, test scripts, project plan, issue log, training materials, communication plans, etc.Represent the product owner requirements to the technical development team. Ability to translate business requests into technical terminology and documentation.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree required, major in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Analysis preferred1 to 2 years of relevant (including internship) experience.Strong analytical skills. Ability to assess requirements and/or data and translate that into business requirements.Strong results orientation with a natural curiosity to learn and improve.Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with business and IT partners, ability to translate requirements into proposed solutions.Some technical experience with Power BI, Power Apps, EDI, API's, SQL, AWS, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and/or SAPExperience with Agile Methodology, SCRUM Methodology, PMO systemsSelf-motivated with a "can do" attitude coupled with high ethics and integrity.Hybrid work arrangement. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday work location is Camden, NJ office; Monday and Friday work location is remote.Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$72,900-$117,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
