This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting and financial modeling to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and growing organization. Responsibilities:As a Financial Analyst II, your primary responsibilities will include:1. Conducting detailed financial analysis to provide insights on company performance, market trends, and industry shifts.2. Developing, updating, and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investment decisions, and potential M&A activities.3. Leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.4. Preparing comprehensive financial reports for senior management, highlighting key business drivers and providing actionable recommendations.5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial guidance.6. Identifying potential risks and opportunities to the business and providing recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.7. Assisting in the preparation of presentations to the board of directors and other key stakeholders.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Financial Analyst II position will possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance industry.2. A strong understanding of financial analysis, FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial modeling.3. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) would be an advantage.4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.6. Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial software systems would be a plus.8.
