Apply today!TheFinancial Analystis a Finance specialist who reports to the Sr. Manager, FP&A Supply Chain. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting activities and financial reporting. The Financial Analyst will be a strong value-added business partner to Corporate, Division Finance Teams and Functional counterparts. The role will support our Meals & Beverages divisions. This position requires very minimal travel (approximately0 - 5%).What You Will Do:Financial Analyst:Collaborate with Finance leads and cross-functional business partners to provide meaningful and accurate financial analysis and support to Campbell business units.Organize and prepare data for analysis, draw appropriate conclusions, provide reporting and develop direction / corrective action plansDemonstrate basic understanding of financial statements and provide analysis of business results.Identify appropriate means of continuous improvement for key business processes.Establish and maintain relationships within the team and across the business.Who We Are Looking For:The qualified candidates will have:An analytical mindset to perform data analysis and draw meaningful conclusionsExceptional communication skills that demonstrate an ability to collaborate within a team and across the finance functionA proactive work style to escalate questions and issues to project managers in a timely fashionStrong organizational skills, a high-level attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple workstreamsMotivation to improve existing tools, processes, and templates to drive efficiencies in the departmentA willingness to improve oneself by soliciting feedback from project managersA desire to be a team player by seeking out new projects and opportunities on which you can helpMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred)Minimum GPA 3.0Basic understanding and experience with financial accounting, balance sheet / P&L statement and budgeting activitiesExcellent Microsoft Office and financial systems skillsCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$47,600-$79,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
