As a Coordinator, Ticket Sales, it will be your responsibility to develop positive relationships within HBSE, The Center and our 76ers clients to ensure the success of key initiatives while also handling various projects that help drive 76ers Ticket Sales.Widely regarded as one of the top ticket sales programs in the industry, the Account Executive position provides aspiring executives with the opportunity to learn & grow on the revenue side of professional sports from the top leaders in the business.About HBSE:Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (HBSE) owns and operates the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA), New Jersey Devils (NHL), Prudential Center, GRAMMY Museum Experience Prudential Center, Delaware Blue Coats (NBA G-League), Binghamton Devils (AHL), 76ers Gaming Club (NBA2K), Sixers Innovation Lab Crafted by Kimball, and renowned esports franchise, Dignitas.Led by one of the industry's most decorated and well-respected sports business executives in CEO Tad Brown, Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment is owned by an investor group led by Managing General Partners Joshua Harris and David Blitzer. HBSE has attracted the industry's top leadership talent from the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS, and NCAA, resulting in one of the most exciting, rewarding, and dynamic work environments within the entire sport industry.Position Responsibilities:Drive Ticket Sales communication and processes internally across departments and externally to our clientsPlan and execute sales and service events internally and externally for 76ers clientsAssist and support all members of the Ticket Sales Department while also managing all expendituresReview and produce communications, collateral and other marketing piecesResearch various topics such as sales trends in the league and prepare reports as requiredHandle highly confidential information in an appropriate and professional mannerManage department projects by establishing timelines and actions items while driving accountability across associated parties through Asana task management system.Create and manage tracking and reporting system for revenue, sell through rate and usage of 'Fan Experience Packages' to drive group sales revenue.Oversee 'Fan Experience" execution and processes on game days to ensure elite experiences for 76ers customersExecute all departmental ticket mailing with emphasis on attention to detail - timely distribution and impeccable presentationOther projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Ticket SalesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required;Up to one year of relevant experience;Experience in coordinating activities and/or events.Must be a strategic and critical thinker who is dynamic, forward thinking, extremely analytical and well organized;Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use upmost discretion when privy to sensitive information;Must possess a strong research background and be an "out-of-the-box-thinker";Must have the ability to rise to the challenge and provide the hard work necessary to succeed;Must be self-confident, resilient and possess a high energy level and enthusiasm;Must have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills;Must be comfortable with engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills;Must be flexible & reliable team player, both within own department and within company as a whole;Must possess a strong ability to manage one's own time and prioritize tasks;WORKING CONDITIONS:Travel Requirements: May be required to travel on rare occasions ( Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.Work Environment: This position generally requires that work be performed from the The Center and the 76ers Front Office, but attendance at events taking place in the arena or offsite, including on weekends and/or holidays, may be required.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
