Apply today!General SummaryPrimary responsibilities include financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting activities and financial reporting. The Sr Financial Analyst will be a strong value-added business partner to Corporate, Division Finance Teams and Functional counterparts.Principal ResponsibilitiesWork with Finance leads and cross-functional partners to provide meaningful and accurate financial analysis and support to Campbell business units.Organize data for analysis, draw appropriate conclusions, provide reporting and develop direction and course corrective action plans.Identify needs and determine appropriate means of continuous improvement of financial / business processes.Job Complexity/ScopeBasic understanding and experience with financial accounting, balance sheet / P&L statement and budgeting activitiesStrong decision making skills, integrity, organization, leadership skills, ability to multi-task, drive alignment, detail oriented, fiscally responsible and attention to accuracyStrong communication, documentation and client interface skillsHighly motivated individual interested in working in a team-oriented environmentJob SpecificationsBachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred)Excellent Microsoft Office and financial systems skills2 years related financial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Working ConditionsThis position will work in a company headquarter (Camden, NJ) 3 days a weekTravel as needed (10-15%) to company meetings, company training, customer meetings, and other regions as business needs demandCompensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$61,800-$97,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
