The Robin Gordon Group provides a comprehensive opportunity for Real Estate Agents in Philadelphia, PA to reach their highest potential. We equip our salespeople with all the necessary resources for success, from onboarding and thorough training to access to Dialogue, models, and other tools. With up to 15 viewings a month, plus weekly open houses in high-end houses, our Real Estate Agents make impressive sales. There are no expense or registration fees, and our salespeople also benefit from additional services such as transaction coordination support, regular coaching, and team meetings. Our Real Estate Agents tend to close between two to three contracts each month. As an example, one of our novice agents closed more than $ 10 million in transactions, and another representative secured a customer in their first week on the team. Responsibilities:
--- Search, identify, and show residential real estate properties
--- Commitment to getting the job done
--- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
--- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
--- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
--- No fear of rejection or making daily outbound calls, texts, and emails
--- Commitment to Prospecting Daily
--- Mediate during sales/purchasing negotiations to advocate for your client's best interests
--- Become an expert in your local real estate market
--- Collaborate with our transaction staff to manage transactions and important deadlines
--- Consult with clients and answer their questions and concerns before, during, and after a real estate transaction

Qualifications:
--- Job Type: Full-time
--- Must have a PA Real Estate License, have passed the PSI exam, or have completed the real estate pre-licensing course and be in the process of taking the PSI exam
--- Passion to serve others
--- Willingness to be coached and be held accountable
--- Must be willing to work weekends
