Are you an Inside Sales person with a desire to earn over $100,000 in your first year? Base Salary Commissions with great earning potential, AND ALL LEADS ARE SUPPLIED. The ideal candidate has great communication (including a strong phone voice) and organizational skills. We also provide 401(k), Dental and Health insurance, paid time off, and a Referral program. Position requires being in the office all 5 days - no remote applicants please. Compensation: $100,000 - guaranteed or we pay you the difference Responsibilities: Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner No cold calling.
