Job Description Job Description Date posted: February 2, 2026 Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Job description: Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Used Car Manager whose primary responsibility is keeping our used vehicle inventory fully stocked. This role is laser-focused on acquiring a minimum of 100 units per month through multiple buying channels such as online auction, KBB, and private wholesale. We are a busy Certified KBB Buying Center with 500 leads a month!| We're a busy, multi-franchise growing new car dealership with a growing pre-owned department and looking to take our used car operation to the next level. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of inventory management, reconditioning, pricing, and sales process execution. Benefits SIGN ON BONUS $10,000 ! Pay between $150,000- $200,000 Position includes Demo Responsibilities Must have experience buying vehicles with online auctions Must know how to use Workbook and Proxy Bid Manage all aspects of the used vehicle department, including appraisals, acquisitions, pricing, and merchandising. Oversee inventory management ensuring vehicles are accurately priced, photographed, and online. Work with the service department on reconditioning timelines and quality control Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Used Car Manager or Assistant Manager in a dealership. Proven success in retail automotive sales and management. Strong knowledge of market-based pricing tools (vAuto) Ability to manage inventory turn and profitability. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
