What We’re Looking For We’re seeking experienced Automotive Sales Professionals with a background in commission-based sales and a strong desire to succeed. The right candidate will have excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, along with the discipline to follow through and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and recommending the right vehicle options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, technology, and manufacturer programs. Prepare accurate quotes and explain financing or leasing options clearly and professionally. Follow up promptly with leads, emails, and phone inquiries. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships through referrals and repeat business. Stay organized and maintain all required training certifications. What You’ll Need Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (minimum of 2 years). Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and closing skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
