Princeton is seeking a polished, welcoming, and organized
Host/Hostess to serve as the first point of contact for our
restaurant guests. This role is responsible for creating a warm
first impression, managing reservations and seating flow, and
ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in
a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and
serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according
to brand standards Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable
recommendations Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café
equipment safely and efficiently Accurately process cash and credit
card transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the
café, service areas, and equipment Restock supplies including cups,
lids, syrups, pastries, and retail items Monitor product quality
and presentation to ensure consistency Follow food safety,
sanitation, and responsible service standards Collaborate with team
members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: Previous
barista or food & beverage experience preferred Strong customer
service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of espresso preparation and
coffee beverages a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and
lift up to 25 lbs Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong
attention to detail Flexible availability, including mornings,
weekends, and holidays
